About Me!

Hello, I'm Nicole! Mom to one loving and energetic 5 year old, wife of 10 years to my amazing husband who puts up with my antics, and dog mom to our crazy border collie and husky mixes. I use live music as a part of therapy. There is just nothing quite like feeling music hit your chest and singing at the top of your lungs, preferably at Red Rocks! I love getting outside for some fresh air as much as cozying up on the couch. I like to think I'm hilarious, my friends call me their “wildcard.”

Why choose me? I believe that all of those in-between moments need to be captured. I suggest that you do take those funny photos with your bridesmaids along with the ones requested by your families. Yes, I will take photos when your toddler is in a full tantrum and that’s life- because they can quickly turn around to kiss you with the right tickle. My life is messy too, and everyone’s is. Nothing is perfect, I am not here to shoot something that isn’t practical. Sometimes the moment where your new husband puts the ring on the wrong finger goes up on your wall because of the smile you had on your face. I will ask for a picture with your parent when you bring them for senior photos, because this is just as scary watching their baby go off to become an adult as it is for you. Every dog is a puppy, and you getting smothered with kisses is what you will remember most, not getting them to look at the camera for one frame.

I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in front of the camera, and that is why engagement photos are included in every wedding package I offer without additional costs. I want to meet you before I watch you get married, and feel like someone you know well when you need help fluffing your dress or pinning on a boutonniere. Its awkward having all attention be on you on the biggest day of your life with everyone watching, and if you need a breather, I got you.

With 10 years of business under my belt, I want every person to receive photos that make them feel as confident as possible. I won’t just stand there and expect you to know what to do, I will ask your kids to spin in a circle, chase one another and play tag. I will ask your partner to whisper everything he ate that day into your ear like its romantic and make you laugh hysterically.
